Thrive is a wonderful program that assists Kindergarten children and their families with the transition to Prep.

There are opportunities for children enrolled at external child care centres and kindergartens to familiarise themselves with the College, including open classroom events, information mornings and other College events.

Discover Prep at Warwick Christian College | Held annually Term 2

Come and discover Prep at WCC. A fun afternoon for future Preps - this is your opportunity to explore the Prep classrooms, meet the Prep team and take a self-guided tour of the College facilities.

THRIVE Transition Program | Held annually in Term 3 and 4

As Prep is a foundation year level, we endeavour to make the transition into 'big school' as smooth as possible. Thrive is a transition program that aims to prepare Kindergarten aged children for their first year of schooling at Warwick Christian College. It assists future students and parents with the transition from a Kindergarten environment to formal schooling.

The program runs from the beginning of July through to November in the year prior to Prep. We launch the program with a Parent Information Morning, this is followed by a variety of events and sessions held at the College. Children engage in a variety of fun activities giving them a sense of belonging and preparedness. All information relating to our Thrive Program is emailed to families by our College Registrar.
